How do I arrange my visa?
If you require a visa to attend this conference, once you have paid, we can supply you an invitation letter to take to the embassy with you. However, we cannot take responsibly for arranging your visa or if the embassy refuses.

What exchange rate do you use?
Prices are converted according to the recognised exchange rate on the day you book.

What is the dress code?
The dress code is business/casual.

When do I receive my badge?
You can collect your badge on the morning of Friday 19th September, 2008 from the Express, Logistics & Supply Chain Conclave reception desk.

Which meals are included in the conference price?
Refreshments will be served at regular intervals during the conference. The registration price includes a buffet lunch on both days and Dinner on Day 1. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. Breakfast is not included.

When are the documents available?
You will receive a workbook when you arrive at the event which contains white papers and information on the conference.

Speaker presentations are available on our website one week after the conference.

Payment/Cancellation

Payment Terms
Payment terms are 7 days and must be received before the conference date in order to guarantee your place. Payment for the conference can be made via the following way:

Cheque
Made payable to "Express,Logistics & Supply Chain Conclave"

Cash
Payable at the Time of Registration at the Venue. However This Option does not Guarantee you a Confirmed Seat at the Conclave.

Payment must be received before the conference date in order to guarantee your place. Unpaid registrations will be billed 50% of the registration fee if you do not attend the event. You will, however,
be given access to our online contact system and a copy of the conference documentation will be sent to you.

Cancellation and transfers
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra charge. A 50% refund and the course documentation will be provided for cancellations received in writing up to 14 days before the event date. The company regrets that no refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the conference. A complete set of course documentation will, however, be sent to you. The Organisers reserves the right to cancel or alter the content and timing of the program or the identity of speakers for reasons beyond its control.
